Nest for Two was born from a simple question between two friends: why is something as delicate as bird's nest treated like a product made for shelves? Jem and San often enjoyed bird's nest together, fresh from the pot and served while still warm. It was never just about the taste. It was about knowing it had been made with care, shared in good company, and enjoyed at its peak. But the more they looked around, the more they realised how far the industry had drifted from that kind of experience. Bottles were mass produced, overly sweetened, and designed to last for months. They wanted something different. Something closer to how they would make it for each other: freshly steamed, no preservatives, nothing unnecessary. Just natural ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and enjoyed on the same day. What started as a shared appreciation became a brand built on offering bird's nest the way it should be, honest, thoughtful, and made to order.
